Direct3D problems.
Hey guys. It's me again. So, I've been having problems with Direct3D games for quite a long time. Every time I would try to start up a D3D game, it would play the game all slow-like and stutter-ish. All other options have failed, and Idk where else to turn. Thanks, Beemo.

hey beemo, did you download the latest videocard-drivers? does this happen with any settings? resolution, etc. ...?

Yes, my drivers are all up to date. Back when I still had Windows XP, I had this same problem with UT99 until I installed an unofficial "dual-core fix" for the game. I've also heard to turn on "hardware acceleration" in my integrated video card options, but, I searched far and wide, and I can't find it anywhere.
