A little update on the particular part of body:

It sucks ! totally had it with this 'new' knee....it should be painfree by now, but its not. It aint lessening either, more increasing :(

I'm glad i'm able to walk painfree though :) thats only part i'm positive on. But on other hand, thats only thing i can do which causes no pain. Was it a bit bugging before, now i'm talking about pain inside that knee. And trust me on this, its been achy for years now, but now i find it getting more painfull.

Appoinment made with ortopedist on nov 17th. He's gotta do something, current situation is unaccaptable :(

(feels good to write some pain away)

Visited orthopedian today.

Good and bad news.

The orthopedian thinks its this:

The bad news is that the screw in my upper has gone 'floating' a bit. A tiny piece is sticking outta the bone. Which causes alotta pain when moving the knee. Cycling f.e. feels very bad :(

If its this, the good part is that it can be fixed :).

I truly hope so that this is it and i can go on with life as supposed to.

Within 10 days an MRI planned. After that we'll see.....

If not you should be.You are a "prime" candidate for a custom CTI brace for sure.
It baffles me that some surgeons do not use orthotic therapy. The two go hand in hand.
Orthotic therapy ? U mean fysical therapy ? Yeah, i go there three times a week.
I got a custom made CTI :)

I only wear the brace when doing sports. Not in daylife.

The problem now is, probably and hopefully, the sticking out screw :(.
2 orthopdians and one PT looked at the knee today. They all agreed with eachother that the pain is caused by the 'screw' sticking out a bit.
I can pinpoint the spot exactly !! I almost had to cry today when they examined the spot....
I'm not able to bend the knee without any pain.
I can walk good, but cycling ? NO WAY !
So we need to fix that 1st.

&*@#$@(@(( !!!!

Thats short to say this:

Had the results of the mri from last week. The 'pen' which was placed to hold the new tendon...is..welll...broken. Orthopedian said he has never seen this before ?????????

The current pain (20 hrs a day) comes from a little piece from the pen sticking outside the bone. So he's gonna take that out somewhere this month. Glad for that i am.
He's gonna take a look at the tendon then as well.

Why o why is this thing going from bad to worse ? Where is the end ? I totally had it with this *&(*%^* knee :(

crap...

Well, at least you know the problem now. Perhaps removing the broken piece will end this once and for all. Lets pray the tendon is doing great.

All went well sofar. Doc took big piece, of the broken pen, outta upper leg bone. Prox 1,5 cm long. it was bigger then i expected.
