Should the maps be votable on JackalsCOOP by means of the VotingHandler?

this is just an idea - final decision i will leave to jackal, but i'd like to know what players think about it in general:

on the AdvancedCOOP and OldUnreal's MultiGameServer we run .:..:'s VotingHandler Mutator. this mutator allows players to "vote" for any map available in the rotation. if the majority of players vote for the same map, that map is loaded when current map ends, if there is no majority or no votes are made at all, the next map of the rotation will be loaded, just as we are used to it now. the advantage of this votinghandler would be, that for example regular players could switch to a new map if they are stuck/lost in a map and no admin is present - otherwise they'll probably leave the server. the mutator would not affect the gamemode, spawner-mutator or gameplay at all - just an additional feature, mainly used if there is a low playerload...
