skinning monsters

I don't have much editing of Unreal1 to my credit, but the UT side of things I do. For example, this is ut2004:

I extracted the skin from ut2004, to use in ut99:

I typically screenshot or convert from .png down to .pcx with the necessary color reductions to work from one game to the next.

So, would it be fair to assume anyone adept at editing Unreal1 could use this?

No one ever said skinning was limited for what bots/players wear. The monsters can be done fancy too...
