Oh yes, well that makes sense now, stupid me.

I knew Kami of course but in my mind I confused both as separate persons.

My memory's been dropping certain things.

Hello everyone :)

and thank you very very much, again a year older LOL

I know I'm rarely around, but in my thoughts I always am.

The situation here with our public service broadcasting and its license fee, which is based on an unconstitutional law becomes more and more unbearable. There are many people here who refuse to pay this, in my opinnion, illegal fee and some are already put in jail for it, just because they fight for their rights.
I'm even not a user of any radio or television and to this day I've not paid a single cent for it. And I will not stop to fight this injustice by any means necessary.
It takes a lot of my time each day and this is already going on for more than two and a half years. And it causes more and more mental stress, but I will not give up. I can only hope, that this madness is soon put to an end by our highest court.

But I do not want to bother you too much with my problems here, hehe.
And I will look, that I'm in game again soon. Some months ago also my pc was broken, but luckily my system was saved. There is still some work to do and as far as unreal is concerned, I'm pretty outdated at the moment. I will for sure need a newer client to even be able to enter a server
But I'm looking forward to see you all again soon :)

Well I do know from experience that they block almost anything in germany including music videos.

Either way, i've just had my share of post deletion on another forum, where I simply expressed concern for someone who appeared to have been threatened and I was reprimanded and the posts were deleted afterwards. I was told I need to respect decision of that member to leave etc.

Yes but under what circumstances? Besides I did respect him as a person, yet the admin twisted it around and reprimanded me, then deleted all trace of it.

I didn't post anything disrespectful, the admin himself had a lack of respect. But I get frustrated because I'm not heard out and because history gets deleted, people won't know I put up a fight in public. This is not about Unreal forum btw.

But basically it comes down to that they tell me how to think and how to feel. I'm sorry you can have all kind of rules that you want but you should never ever cross that line and order people how to feel about something.

I really respect this statement. About 5 years I got rid of 2 TVs from the house for the same simple reason, I didn't want to give what I consider a large amount of money to our "public service broadcasting institution". I have not watched TV anywhere since. It was definitely one of the best moves I ever made. To me, having no TV frees the mind of "tailored to suit news", endless sublimal adverts, mindless reality TV shows........the list could go on......

I wish you all the best in this endeavour.

That was also the case in the netherlands(about the fees and other stuff), though I have to say that its still better in czech, even to this day, but I'm just not that interested in tv anymore.

It's just..you know..anti social like most social networks. All about "me me me me".

That's not very social is it?
