um here's a coupla pics of the young coon that stumbled across my path today .... only about a month old .....cute little nasty bugger...
felt very bad for him... his mom was nowhere to be found.....
oh wow ... was he ever ticked off...lol
hope this works havent done it in a while... lol

he Was...cute but you know me... I could never do any harm to such a creature.... just wanted him to be safe and free:)
kinda sorta bonded with this thing... bet it comes back and haunts my garbage for months lol hahahhaahhaah

I love coons. We had a tame one in Virginia that would come right up to you. At first I thought he was rabid and was gonna put him down, but he turned out not to be and I kinda just kept my distance. My uncle got bit by a rabid coon when he was walking and decided to relieve himself in some tall grass.

How did you catch him? They are fast little critters

WOW Blonde, Those are amazing pictures. How did you get to pick it up? That's not an option here! I got 3 that I feed every night, along with a skunk, that I'm not even gonna try and be friends with, other than be the food kitchen, and 5 cats. Turok told me about these pictures and I can't believe I hadn't seen them before. I'll take some of my critters and post them too. Man, you picked em up!! That's sooooo coool man. Guess they don't have to dodge cars where your at...lol. Thanks for posting these! This Has Been....

Ufortunately a lot of animals don't dodge cars very well at all:(
I probably see 5 or 6 coons a day, dead on the local roads.. not including the porcupines , skunks, deer,squirrels, and many many other animals:(:(:(:(... even a river otter...( but that's a whole other story in itself)
i just picked him up..( by the scruff of the neck.. he DID want to bite me lol)
I wish I had some pics of Bob..( he's my pet beaver back at the lake...) I'll try to get some before I move....
(20 days left to find somewhere to live!!!)
got my eye on an 8 acre chunk with a small house on it...
you haven't seen my chipmunk pics yet?? lol gotta post em lol

Wow, 8 acres, too cool!! Hey good luck on the packing too man, gotta be tough job there eh? Man, I'd love to see those pictures too, I'll get the ones of the critters here and post em. It's really unusual for us to have so many wild ones here cause as you've seen, I'm right near down town, so I'm really appreciative of it. Way cool pictures again. And can't wait to see the others!
