What "database"?
I can't look at this or test this unless I have a machine that runs Unreal again, however what would be difficult about this?
Literally, the original sludge barrels have been spilling "lava" instead, the stuff directly from napalmgun. That is why there is an
error in the code left in release version Unreal, that causes the burned damage if you destroy sludge barrel right next to you.
Because they forgot to change that. Originally the sludge wasn't toxic but hot instead.

Oh, that. Well you can get the same results if you export all scripts from packages lol.
