I don't know either, could have been one of the last mental hunter mods or a collaboration or something Turboman related. If the animal pack was ripped from another game, it was probably mental hunter.
I know that he ported something from that controversial game postal 2 for example. Not sure if this is from it or not. I disliked the idea of that game anyway.
