I do hope you did or will get the knee seen by a doctor. Til then, aleve will help as do cold compresses to get the swelling down.

I have had multiple knee/leg surgeries... so I have some idea of what your going through... ow... is an understatement. :(

Hello my friends,

Thanks for all ur kind words...it does help :):)

Today i went to the doctors again, knee still cant bend. Doctor pulled somewhere and there...there is still lots a fluid inside he said.
With a BIG injection needle he took some off the fluid out...it was red. meant that inside my knee something really bad happened :(

Next wednesday i have an appointment in the hospital with a specialist.
Think it needs to be operated.....sigh.....

Maybe playing sports is all over.....this thought makes me very sad.

In my team i saw this story several times, and yes, we are all over 30. So we warm up and cooldown always before and after playing football.
Competition just started.....it was our first match...and than this happens..:(

Hopefully everything will work out fine. And maybe it aint that bad.....

That's it for now....

Bye bye...my friends !!

well............. :( If you have to have surgery... let me assure you it is much better now than it was when I had mine. Faster and better recovery and with physical therapy and hard work there is alot you can get back to doing...even sports with some protection worn on the affected leg. You will have alot of support from all of us too... :D

Wever :) My X-Husband went thru several knee operations, he's almost 50 now. He still races MotoCross. Don't give up hope, like LDS says -today the things they can do are remarkable. If it even comes down to the point where you need a knee replacement, I know people who were as good as new, and are still very active in sports.

I've seen knee taps, where they insert that needle and remove the fluid - Eeek! I'm squimish  That should help relieve some of the pressure.

We're praying for you Wever :) Always keep looking up 8)
