Now,,,,you got to be patient regarding ur knee. Its not gonna heal overnight. There is no SuperHealth u can summon. Just take it easy, do your rehab excersises. Eat your veggies and play Unreal.

Well, think i'm back at page 10 again .
I've had it with the PT, so i'm skipping on those sessions for the summer. After vacation i'll make another appointment.

I went back to play some tennis again. After two months playing, i suddenly woke up with a very thick knee, filled with fluid again .....now its achy again. I dunno anymore at this point.

Still happy though at the state i'm in now, i can walk, cycle, walk the stairs again. Each step is a bit achy, but, i can do it

Maybe gotta accept its not getting better then it is now....thinking of it...

Remember what Old one told you. At least you have a leg and can walk. Many can't. And if you dont get out of my wooden shoes,, gonna be trouble.

Yeah..hows the knee

2 years further....well...things didnt get better.

Made a new appointment to see orthopedian next week.
He might tell to get a whole new knee....yuk...

It turns out its over and done with the knee
Nothing they can do right now.

Doc suggested to put injections in the knee to give some relieve from the pain, but he's not in favor to do that. Things will only get worse after time. i'm too young for that. Or maybe the knee aint that bad enuf for him.

A new knee....too young for that as well...at least i think.

we'll just see where it leads to. Just not happy right now.

I'm very sorry to hear that my friend. Must be hard with the pain and all. I will keep you in my thoughts and pray to God that HE may give you releif of your pain! Keep your spirit up amigo!

Since i'm here now...might as well give u guys an update on this topic and bump i to page one
Not sure how many will even read, but i now see it more as a personal log

To be short, knee still sucks . Too much damage has been made inside the knee the last years.
i can still play some some, with a brace on, it works, but achy the next day.

Next step is a new knee, probably need two.... But i'm not ready for that yet, complicated.

I reinstalled unreal today, and no, i DID NOT, will NOT, never uninstall it, but my HD crashed with unreal on it.
