Alternate UTFmaplists added to Sickpuppy's Doghouse

thanks to BBG we have added alternate UTFmaplists on Sickpuppys'
UTFmaplist 1 = 8Ball fights
UTFmaplist 2 = Halloween Maps
UTFmaplist 3 = XMas Maps
the alternate maplists can be accessed through the UnrealMenu (showmenu) > "CALLVOTE"
UTFmaplist 0 = default maplist (wflexmaplist)
