I removed the 'naliplayerfix' and created a new Playerclass with a Nali. I got all to work and even made a skinpackage with 11 Naliskins, 'cause i got an error message before said 'missing skinfile'.
In SP it really works fine, but there is no chance to run it on the server, always enter with standard Player.
Checked all log files, but couldn't find the reason for that.
