over the years, ive been downloading all kinds of maps, skins textures and stuff for my unreal, as most of you do

but, recently i realised i cant set my player class as a spectator
it just doesnt come up as an option dont know how this happened.

i recently added some files of the dog server which meant i couldnt have no male skins!! but i sorted that out by removing the offending files.

but i still have the problem with spectator, so if anyone knows of a solution, it would be very much appreciated,

This is first I have heard of male 1 problem. Was this the flex maps package or various maps, various maps your on your own. I suggest a fresh install with the super cache added as the best way to play the game on line.

I thought only old peopla had "male 1 problem". I guess not.

God is telling you to be a "player" in life, not a spectator.

It's the UnPak male problem that concerns me...

just thought i'd mention here i sorted the problem out. unlikely u lot will have this problem, but just in case, i will tell what the prob was
i had installed a U4E Beta mod. like your CTF, infiltration,serpentine mods. i used it on my friends Smarballs server long time ago. The mod allows you to select these various new skins.
Recently i had to re install my unreal so as i went thruogh each stage i realised it was this mod that was getting rid of my abilty to use specate.
Anyway, long story short, i found the offending file and removed it. this took away those skins that come with the U4E Beta mod, and returned the normal skin options including Specate.
