Hybrid maps: LH04Canyon and LH06FirstDawn

The Hybrid maps short campaign contained a couple of mover problems :-
The player gets stuck to the mover below and cannot move :-
MrC-(DOG)- fixed this by creating another mover and now all is fine. Funny thing was that this didn't happen in offline play. A peculiar little bug.
Missionary2001 noticed a hole in the large mover before the end that players can fall through, see below :-
Also fixed by MrC-(DOG)- by redesigning the lift! This bug also didn't happen in offline play.
There are a couple of "invisible blocks" also in this map series, but curing them may cause more problems than is worth it, so they will remain. They do not affect the ability to end the maps and I think it is more important to host the maps than to leave them discarded. A lot of effort obviously went into this little map series.
