Hiya
Some news about the Taco - problem.
I should better say, some weird news
At the moment I'm with all Unreal on a complete other system. I saw an old testmap with some Velociraptors in it and loaded it into my 225 editor. Then I started the map from within the editor and it really worked, no problems.
Then I copied the map over to my 226 and tried to start it there. The result was a crash right at start. I couldn't even enter the map. The error message was exactly the same as in the past.
That really was strange because last year there were no problems with 226, only with 225 and now it was just opposite.
Well of course I was curious about the reason because I couldn't understand it. I checked the settings in the 226 Unreal.ini for differences and really found one. For some reason LowSoundQuality was set to True and I changed it to False. After this change the map worked again. Also in 225 LowSoundQuality is set to False.
This could be the reason for the crashes with the dinos. I remember, that last year the SoundQuality of my 225 was set to low.
