Editor: red builder brush lost it's Pivot Point

I have a problem here for which I need some help.
There is a map which has geometric errors and needs to be fixed. I must make some new brushes for it. The problem is, that the red brush has no Pivot Point, also grid snapping doesn't work anymore. Of course I reseted the brush, did a rebuild, but nothing seems to fix it. The problem is only in this map. In other maps all is ok. Never had a problem like this before.
All other brushes in the map still have their Pivot and grid snapping works.
Anyone an idea what could be the reason for it and how to fix it?
