Downloads starting on Jackals Coop severely delayed.

Hello, over the past couple of days I've been noticing that there is a large delay before a download actually starts. It does not affect me as much because the download usually starts inside of 10-20 seconds and the supercache already has most downloads taken care of, but ChuLii also experiences this same problem but with a delay of at least 5 minutes, and I'm sure other people that we don't know about do as well.
The problem seems to be very erratic and unpredictable, I don't experience this issue on 226, but I do on 227. ChuLii experiences this problem on both 226 and 227. On Rubies server the download stays at 0% for about a second before flashing a download failed message, then the download actually starts. This should really be looked into as it could be driving other players away.
