Announcing the release of xEverlastingItems

I am excited to announce the release of x21's Everlasting Items. As many know Zombie never released his Everlasting items so I have decided to take a crack at making a replacement. I have currently implemented the Amplifier, Flashlight, Searchlight, and Jumpboots. I have also implemented an in-game help item to describe all the functions and the version info.
